ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Senior Sales Representative will be at the frontline of our growth, serving as a trusted guide for inbound prospects and helping high-level clients take action with confidence.

Here’s a snapshot of your role:

Client Engagement: Establish, nurture, and grow relationships with high-level professionals and executives.

Solution Presentation: Tailor presentations to specific client needs, emphasizing the value and impact of our ORM solutions.

Sales Targets & Growth: Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry shifts, technological changes, and best practices to keep our solutions competitive and relevant.

Feedback Loop: Collect feedback from clients and prospects to enhance service offerings.

CRM Management: Efficiently utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, manage follow-ups, and report on sales metrics.

Sales Collaboration: Liaise with the marketing department to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales strategies.

Continuous Learning: Engage in workshops, webinars, and training sessions to refine sales techniques and industry knowledge.

Qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements:

  • U.S.-based with a willingness to operate in EST between the hours of 9:30 am – 8:00 pm.
  • This is a remote position, so a quiet, comfortable workspace with the proper equipment is essential
  • Minimum of 5 years in Sales Experience in, ORM, SEO, Online Marketing, Public Relations with a successful track record of selling to high-profile clients.
  • Both B2B and B2C Experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to source, build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Positive problem-solving attitude, enjoying your work, meeting deadlines, and always finding ways to stay optimistic.
  • Results-oriented focus with a track record of achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Client-focused with an understanding of client’s needs and challenges.
  • Upholds high standards of professional and ethical conduct, maintaining strict client confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales software such as Slack, Wrike, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others.
  • Genuine team player.

 
Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous experience working remotely.
  • Established network of CEOs, Executives, Business Owners, and professionals.
