ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Senior Marketing Manager will be entrusted with a host of vital responsibilities. Here’s what your role at Reputation Rhino might look like:
Strategic Development: Build, maintain, and refine a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our mission and drives our vision forward.
Product Feature Roadmap: Craft the marketing strategy and roadmap for new product features and scalable solutions, transforming creative ideas into effective campaigns.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a dynamic team of marketing experts, overseeing the creation and management of Search Ads, general PPC, and Paid Social campaigns.
Industry Knowledge: Stay on the cutting edge of industry developments, technology advancements, and best practices to keep our campaigns fresh and effective.
Performance Analysis: Measure, analyze, and report on ROI and KPIs, using these insights to guide strategy and decision-making.
Budget Management: Prepare and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI for every dollar spent.
Social Media Oversight: Supervise management of all our social media accounts, maintaining a consistent, engaging, and effective online presence.
SEO Management: Oversee our SEO team, interpreting complex SEO and Google Analytics data to optimize our online visibility.
Sales Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the sales department, reviewing and analyzing sales data to align marketing and sales strategies.
Competitive Analysis: Research our competition and industry benchmarks, recommending improvements to keep us at the forefront of our field.
Design Approval: Review and approve all digital and print marketing designs to ensure consistency and quality across all our platforms.
Campaign Management: Oversee both digital (PPC, SEO, Social) and print (direct mail, traditional media) marketing campaigns, ensuring all initiatives align with our overall marketing strategy.
Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track performance, gain insights, and inform future strategies.

Qualifications:
Mandatory Requirements:
- U.S.-based with a willingness to operate in EST.
- This is a remote position, so a quiet, comfortable workspace with the proper equipment is essential
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, with a focus on ORM/SEO.
- Minimum of 1 year of management experience.
- Positive problem-solving attitude, enjoying your work, meeting deadlines, and always finding ways to stay optimistic.
- Proven strategic thinking with the ability to develop long-term growth strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies clearly.
- Results-oriented focus with a track record of achieving measurable outcomes.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrable creativity with a knack for devising innovative marketing campaigns.
- Proven adaptability in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.
- A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience, capable of inspiring a team and fostering a productive environment.
- Client-focused with an understanding of client’s needs and challenges.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring consistency and quality across all marketing materials.
- Upholds high standards of professional and ethical conduct, maintaining strict client confidentiality.
- Experience with or ability to quickly learn project management software, such as Slack, Wrike, etc.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others.
- Genuine team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience working remotely.
- Experience in online reputation management, PR, digital marketing, or SEO.
