ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Junior Customer Success Manager (CSM) Responsibilities
Client Content Management:
- Send & receive monthly Q&As from clients for content development.
- Submit content requests per client plan guidelines.
- Manage article submissions with third-party writers, ensuring timely delivery.
- Submit articles for internal review and approval before publishing.
ORM Onboarding & Setup:
- Perform high-detail data entry to create and configure new client projects.
- Tag and track relevant search results for ongoing ORM monitoring.
Quality Control & Content Publishing:
- Ensure all client content meets internal quality standards using software and checklists.
- Submit approved articles to designated publications, follow up with vendors, and monitor deadlines.
- Review final deliverables for quality, confirm rankings on Google, and update internal systems.
Review Management & Client Profiles:
- Assist in setting up review management systems and gaining required access.
- Monitor and respond to client reviews daily across various platforms.
- Conduct monthly follow-ups with clients for new review lists.
- Track monthly performance and deliver client reports and updates.
- Create high-quality client profiles using collected assets, ensuring all deliverables meet internal standards.
Executive Assistant (EA) Responsibilities
Executive Operations & Calendar Management:
- Manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, and prioritize time-sensitive matters.
- Handle email communication with internal teams, clients, and partners.
- Act as a gatekeeper, managing access to the CEO and filtering information.
- Ensure leadership is prepared for all meetings with agendas, notes, and key insights.
Project & Task Coordination:
- Track and monitor key initiatives to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain organized task lists and project updates for leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute high-priority projects efficiently.
Administrative & General Support:
- Assist with internal documentation, reporting, and research.
- Compile data and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Handle light personal assistance for the CEO (minor travel bookings, key scheduling tasks, etc.).
QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a client-facing, project coordination, or administrative support role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using project management tools (Slack, Wrike, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM), SEO, PR, or Digital Marketing.
- Previous experience working remotely in a startup or agency environment.
