This role will be instrumental in building the operational backbone that powers that growth — connecting strategy to execution and ensuring every department moves in sync toward scale.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This isn’t a taskmaster job. This is the operator’s seat — where vision becomes execution, ideas become systems, and growth becomes scalable.
You will own operations, delivery, client success, HR, fulfillment, finance, and internal execution — freeing the CEO to drive growth while you build and stabilize the machine.
- Execute the CEO’s Vision: Translate high-level strategy into executable plans, systems, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Systems Architect: Design and implement scalable SOPs, workflows, dashboards, accountability frameworks, and cross-functional processes that create speed and clarity.
- Leadership Layer Builder: Hire, coach, and empower leadership across all departments to eliminate bottlenecks and create autonomy.
- Cross-Functional Integrator: Align Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Delivery so operational readiness matches growth goals.
- Financial Ownership: Oversee P&L health, margin protection, forecasting, and resource allocation to sustain profitable growth.
- Performance Culture Driver: Build a culture of high accountability, clear scorecards, and measurable progress — everyone knows what winning looks like.
- Operational Stabilizer: Bring calm to chaos, make tough decisions, and keep the organization aligned and moving forward.
- Execution Accelerator: Identify what’s slowing the company down and remove it. Build repeatable rhythms, meetings, and metrics that keep momentum high.
This is a build-and-lead role — not a “keep the lights on” job. You’re coming in to help us multiply.
QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven experience leading a digital marketing, SEO, PR, or ORM company through significant multi-million-dollar revenue growth (ideally from $3M+ to $10M+).
- Deep operational leadership expertise across cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Delivery).
- Financial fluency: P&L ownership, forecasting, cash flow, unit economics, CAC, LTV, and churn.
- Mastery in building systems, SOPs, dashboards, and performance management structures.
- Demonstrated ability to create scalable, process-driven growth environments.
- Executive gravitas, clear decision-making strength, and high emotional intelligence.
- Proven ability to develop and lead A-player leadership teams that perform under pressure.

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience leading remote-first or hybrid organizations.
- Familiarity with Wrike, Slack, G Suite, Zoom, GHL, CRM, and operational tech stacks.
- Direct experience operating as right hand to a CEO or Founder during a scale-up phase.
