ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Personal Executive Assistant, you’ll act as the right hand to the CEO, ensuring smooth operations and supporting both professional and personal responsibilities. Here’s a snapshot of your role:
- Calendar Management: Maintain the CEO’s schedule, coordinating appointments, meetings, and events while prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Communication: Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence with utmost professionalism and efficiency.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Event Planning: Assist with planning and logistics for business events, presentations, and meetings.
- Project Management: Track progress on key initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
- Personal Support: Regularly assist with personal errands and tasks, including running errands, picking up or delivering items, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role will require travel around Tampa, so reliable transportation is essential.
- Gatekeeping: Act as the point of contact, ensuring the CEO’s time is focused on top priorities.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate needs, troubleshoot challenges, and find solutions before issues arise.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

- Local to Tampa, FL, and available for in-person support as needed.
- Reliable transportation and ability to routinely travel around Tampa to assist with errands and deliveries.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and task management tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, or Trello).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexible and adaptable, available to occasionally work outside standard hours.
- Professional demeanor with a positive, can-do attitude.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Familiarity with the online reputation management or digital marketing industry.
- Experience managing personal and professional schedules simultaneously.
