Responsibilities:
The Digital Account Manager is responsible for supporting the team with production-level tasks, including reporting and analysis, and helping produce the first draft of major deliverables.
As a Digital Account Manager, you will work on approximately 30-40 accounts and be responsible for studying and mastering Reputation Rhino’s best practices for Online Reputation Management, while gaining an understanding of common SEO tools, such as SerpWoo, Moz, Semrush, AHREFS, Advanced Web Rankings, and more.
The Digital Account Manager should have some prior experience and interest in learning the fundamentals of Search Engine Optimization and Online Reputation Management.
Below is a list of daily responsibilities you would be expected to perform.
- Sharpening your technical skills in Excel, Google Analytics, and 3rd-party SEO tools
- Using Google Analytics and 3rd-party SEO tools to create client reports
- Preparing the first draft of major deliverables, including Client Audits
- Conducting keyword research
- Providing page optimization recommendations
- Initial report creation and providing preliminary insights based on data to account team
- Managing priorities, multitasking, and delivering high-quality work
- Keeping current on SEO and Digital Marketing trendsKeep administrators up to date on the success of the clients’ review management campaign
- Support the team by coming up with innovative solutions to problems, sharing ideas, reporting trends and challenging yourself and the people around you to improve every single day.
- Compiling monthly reports with insights and valuable information to WOW the client
- Publish press releases on behalf of our clients using one of several of our press release distribution platforms
- Set up, install, and verify google analytics accounts on newly developed websites for clients
- Set up, install, and verify google search console on newly developed websites for clients
- Be a SWISS ARMY KNIFE! Help us with daily and monthly tasks when needed. Whether it is learning something new, or leveraging your skills, help us get things done.
- Posting blogs on WordPress
- Develop and schedule content for client social media accounts.
Qualifications:
- We operate on EST time zone. You must be willing to operate during EST
- This is a remote position. Quality internet connection, functioning computer, and webcam are a must.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a PM Associate, account manager or account executive at a digital agency
- Strong grammar and communication skills
- Passion for marketing and account management
- Strong sense of urgency and great time management skills
- The ability to work independently and manage relationships
- Experience interfacing directly with clients, customers or agencies
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Positive problem-solving Attitude – Enjoy coming to work, helping and working with team members, meeting deadlines, and always finding ways to look at the bright side of things
- Strong work ethic and business acumen
- Experience with or ability to quickly learn project management software, such as Slack, Wrike, etc.
- Ability to manage many projects with various deadlines and meet those deadlines.
- Maintain a strict level of client confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous Experience working remotely
- Experience in online reputation management
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics
- Basic understanding of Google Search Console
- General knowledge of WordPress
