ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Customer Success Manager (CRM) will play a pivotal role in maintaining and elevating the client experience at Reputation Rhino. Your journey with us will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, each critical to our mission of ensuring client satisfaction and fostering enduring relationships. Here’s a glimpse into what your role might entail:

  • Ensuring Client Satisfaction with Products or Services: The emphasis on strong communication skills, understanding client needs, and a problem-solving attitude in the qualifications directly supports the primary focus of ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Aiding in Client Retention and Fostering Long-Term Relationships: The requirement for experience in client relationship management, coupled with a results-oriented focus and a strategic mindset, aligns with the goal of fostering long-term relationships and customer retention.
  • Overseeing Client Accounts and Projects: The qualifications call for experience in leadership and project management, essential for effectively overseeing client accounts and projects.
  • Communicating with Clients: The job description highlights exceptional communication skills and a client-first approach, crucial for understanding and addressing clients’ needs, expectations, and feedback.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • MUST HAVE 2+ years of professional experience in an Online Reputation Management (ORM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Public Relations (PR) firm, or a Digital Agency firm focused on project management, relationship management, or account management.
  • U.S.-based with a willingness to operate in EST time zone.

 

Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude towards problem-solving, with a knack for maintaining optimism and meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Stellar communication skills, capable of articulating ideas and strategies clearly and empathetically.
  • Results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving measurable improvements in client satisfaction and retention.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with data-driven decision-making and able to interpret client feedback and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving, with an ability to think outside the box to improve client experiences.
  • Proven adaptability in a dynamic work environment, with an ability to embrace and lead through change.
  • Deep understanding of client needs and challenges, with a client-first approach in all decisions and actions.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring high standards are maintained in all client interactions and deliverables.
  • Upholds the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct, ensuring strict client confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Slack, Wrike) or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools.
  • Ability to work independently while being an effective and collaborative team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Previous experience working remotely in a client-facing role.
  • Experience in online reputation management, SEO or public relations
